Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Client Servicing role located on-site in Nagpur. The role involves managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting operational activities related to client needs. Candidates will work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver exceptional service and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or understanding of customer service and customer relationship management
• Basic financial acumen and an understanding of finance-related discussions
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Nagpur
• Pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
