Tele Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, guidance, and counselling to clients or students
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions or advice
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address client queries or issues
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, or conversions
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professional communication
• Provide feedback and insights on client trends to improve services
