Role OverviewWe are looking for a Client Servicing & MICE Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events and MICE programs. The role requires strong client management, project coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution expertise across domestic and international events.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing & Relationship Management- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and MICE clients
- Manage client briefs, proposals, presentations, and approvals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Handle negotiations, scope management, and expectation alignment
MICE & Event Planning- Plan and manage Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions
- Coordinate venues, travel, accommodation, visas, logistics, and F&B
- Manage domestic and international MICE programs end-to-end
- Conduct site visits, recces, and pre-event planning meetings
Event Operations & Execution- Create event timelines, production schedules, and execution plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations)
- Oversee vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure quality delivery
- Lead on-ground event execution and manage real-time challenges
Budgeting & Commercials- Track expenses, control costs, and ensure project profitability
- Manage vendor negotiations, billing, and post-event reconciliation
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections in coordination with accounts
Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Source, onboard, and manage vendors and event partners
- Negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs and timelines are met
- Maintain a reliable vendor database for MICE and corporate events
Quality Control & Risk Management- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage crisis situations during live events professionally
Reporting & Documentation- Prepare MOMs, event reports, and post-event analysis
- Capture client feedback and share insights for improvement
Business Development Support- Support pitch presentations and proposal development
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 58 years of experience in corporate events and MICE management
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, vendor management, and execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international)
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
