Job Description

Location: Gurugram - In Office - Full Time

Timings: 10:30 - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)

HR Benefits: 14 Casual Leaves, 12 SL, 2 RH in a calendar year

Work From Home Facility: 2 WFH Every Month + 2nd & 4th Saturday by default work from home.

Role Overview

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) will act as the primary point of contact for our top clients in the real estate sector. The role requires someone who can understand client objectives, strategize campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key real estate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a strategic partnerunderstanding clients marketing goals, challenges, and market positioning.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, activations) in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling agency services to maximize client value.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and marketing innovations.
  • Assist in new business pitches and onboarding of clients, as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a Marketing/Advertising/Real Estate agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
