Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager with experience in Mobile Marketing to manage and grow client relationships. This role goes beyond servicing — you will be responsible for driving client retention, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client servicing for mobile marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL, etc.)
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (AdOps, Sales, Tech)
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs (installs, ROI, retention, etc.)
  • Share regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations with clients
  • Ensure smooth campaign execution, timely delivery, and quick issue resolution
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across mobile, web, and performance marketing solutions
  • Work closely with sales teams to expand existing accounts and increase revenue contribution
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and mobile ecosystem changes

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in Mobile Marketing / Ad-Tech
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL)
  • Proven ability to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience with mobile tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in affiliate marketing networks
  • Understanding of attribution models and user acquisition funnels
  • Prior experience in Ad-Tech companies
