Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our Mobile Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing advertiser relationships, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring smooth delivery and performance across mobile marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client objectives and deliver performance-driven mobile marketing solutions.
- Coordinate internally with the campaign, ad operations, and publisher teams to ensure timely and quality campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve client KPIs.
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups in coordination with the finance team.
- Identify opportunities for campaign growth and upselling additional services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in client servicing / account management within mobile or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPM, and Affiliate Marketing models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and campaign tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong ownership.
