Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented Client Service Manager to join
our team in Sector 48, Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in
managing client relationships within the events industry, ensuring smooth communication,
and providing exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on individual who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing client needs to ensure the successful
execution of events. The candidate must be ready and willing to travel as needed to meet
clients and oversee event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event
requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely
communication throughout the event planning and execution process.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations, etc.) to ensure
seamless delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, always
seeking to provide effective solutions and maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction.
Prepare and present event proposals, timelines, budgets, and post-event reports to
clients.
Monitor event progress, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that all client
specifications are adhered to.
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional services and solutions to
existing clients.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, event requirements, and feedback for
future reference and improvement.
Travel as required to meet clients, conduct site inspections, and oversee the smooth
execution of events.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably within
the events industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple
clients and projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
