Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal creative team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the branding or advertising industry and possess strong communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships

Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs

Coordinate with creative, design, and strategy teams

Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects

Monitor project timelines and budgets

Conduct client meetings and presentations

Upsell and identify new business opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in branding/advertising agency

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising processes

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
