We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, manage ongoing campaigns, and ensure seamless execution across social media, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, media planning, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements, goals, and KPIs, and translate them into actionable briefs.
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, production, social media, and paid media teams for campaign execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and account growth.
• Develop and present campaign reports, insights, and performance reviews.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively suggest content ideas, formats, and digital opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, content calendars, influencer deliverables, and client communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
• Track progress and approvals through defined workflows, platforms, and tools.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell and get new business on board.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising, business, or related field
• Prior agency experience is strongly preferred
