Role Overview
The Brand Solutions & Client Servicing Manager is the bridge between client expectations and Boomlet's strategic and creative output. You'll own client relationships, translate business goals into actionable solutions, and ensure smooth execution across teamscontrolled chaos included.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs and integrated brand solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy, campaigns, and pitches
- Oversee execution, flag risks early, and ensure quality delivery
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track performance and share insights with clients
Skills & Experience
- 46 years in client servicing, brand solutions, or account management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Comfortable handling multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
