We are looking for a 360 Client Servicing Manager with strong experience managing government accounts, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across print, digital, and events. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with government clients, ministries, PSUs, and government bodies.
- Handle complete project lifecycle brief understanding, planning, execution, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, production, digital, media, and events) for seamless execution of campaigns.
- Prepare project timelines, workflow trackers, and status reports for ongoing deliverables.
- Ensure all communication, creatives, and collaterals meet government guidelines and quality standards.
- Support 360 delivery across print, digital, social media, AVs, events, and exhibitions.
- Manage approvals, documentation, compliance, and submission of required government formats.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with government clients, government communication/IEC campaigns, or government tenders.
- 6 10 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably in an advertising or 360 communication agency.
- Strong understanding of print, digital, media, and event processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with government procedures, documentation, and approval workflows.
