What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide our client servicing team, supporting, motivating, and mentoring account executives and managers to deliver exceptional service and memorable brand experiences.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust-based relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex events, campaigns, activations, and IPsensuring projects are on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
  • Ideation & Problem Solving: Collaborate with creative, production, and project teams to craft innovative solutions, troubleshoot issues, and translate briefs into actionable plans.
  • Business Development: Spot upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients, contribute to pitches and proposals, and participate in new business initiatives.
  • Quality Champion: Uphold Wishmakers high standards on every projectensuring effective communication, attention to detail, and a proactive client-first approach.

About You

  • You bring 4- 10+ years in client servicing or account management, ideally within event management, brand activations, experiential marketing, or agency environments.
  • A natural leaderempathetic, inspiring, confident in decision-making, and excited to mentor a passionate team.
  • Exceptional communication is your hallmark: you build rapport quickly, manage expectations skillfully, and handle feedback gracefully.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, creative environments, juggling multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfort with ambiguitywhen last-minute curveballs arrive (and they do!), you solve with optimism, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • You have an eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality.
  • Bonus: You've managed large-scale events, led client teams, or have a network within brand, media, or cultural circles.
