Client Servicing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and expand client relationships through consistent engagement and trust-building
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and timelines
• Understand client needs/requirements and maintain structured follow-up procedures
• Act as a point of contact for all client communications, providing troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Analyze project briefs and assign tasks to internal teams for timely execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative, strategy, and digital teams
