Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Client Servicing Manager. In this role, you will oversee client accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing communication with clients, understanding their needs, collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals, and addressing any challenges to deliver exceptional service. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure that their expectations are successfully met.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and building long-term partnerships
  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively manage client interactions and resolve inquiries
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by anticipating client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing or experiential events industry is highly preferred
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work in a collaborative team environment
