Diagonal Brand Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a client servicing professional with 4+ years of agency experience to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing projects from brief to delivery.

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Work mode: Work from office

Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. IST (US shift)

Key responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understand their goals, and translate briefs into clear actions for internal teams.

Coordinate projects across SEO, web development, paid media, content, and creative teams.

Manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and keep clients informed of progress.

Review work for completeness and accuracy before sharing it with clients.

Identify risks or delays early and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.

Prepare status updates and reports, and help identify opportunities to improve client outcomes.

What we're looking for:

4+ years of client servicing or account management experience in an agency.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience managing multiple clients and projects at the same time.

A practical understanding of digital marketing services.

Strong organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work the stated US shift from our Seawoods office.
