We're looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager who can independently manage client relationships while staying hands-on with day-to-day project execution.
This role involves owning client communication, understanding briefs, managing timelines and approvals, and ensuring smooth delivery across projects. It also requires strong tactical involvementworking on presentations in PowerPoint, managing Excel sheets for trackers, budgets, and reports, maintaining databases, and sharing regular updates for ongoing events and campaigns.
You'll work closely with the production and execution teams, supporting event delivery and ensuring alignment between clients and on-ground teams, especially during live projects.

Role & Responsibilities
-Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management
-Understand briefs and translate them into clear internal action points
-Manage timelines, approvals, and delivery across multiple projects
-Create and manage presentations in PowerPoint
-Work on Excel sheets for budgets, trackers, databases, and reporting
-Maintain and manage client and event-related databases
-Share regular status and event reports with clients and internal teams
-Work closely with the production team to support event execution
-Be involved during live events to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
-Take end-to-end accountability for assigned clients and projects
