Role Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Folks to manage brand relationships and ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of the digital and social media ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Manage day-to-day communication with brands
• Understand campaign briefs and translate them into clear execution plans
• Coordinate with influencer, content, and operations teams
• Oversee influencer deliverables and content approvals
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as per brand expectations
• Track performance and share reports and insights with clients
• Identify opportunities for repetitive business and campaign growth

What Comes in Handy

• 13 years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer trends
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
