A fast-growing Employment Screening & HR Services provider operating across India, servicing enterprise clients across BFSI, Technology, Healthcare and Retail. We deliver end-to-end background screening, identity & credential checks, and compliance-driven pre-employment verification at scale. Primary title: Client Services Manager - Background Verification. This is an on-site role based in India focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client liaison for background verification programs; manage expectations, SLAs and service delivery across the account lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding: translate requirements into verification workflows, SLAs, and operational runbooks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, vendor partners, legal and compliance to ensure timely, accurate checks and dispute resolution.
- Monitor program performance using dashboards and KPIs; produce client-facing reports and implement action plans to improve TAT, accuracy and CSAT.
- Own escalations and root-cause analysis; drive corrective actions and continuous process improvements to reduce exceptions and rework.
- Support commercial activities including renewals, scope changes, RFP inputs and identifying upsell opportunities to expand client footprint.
