Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Junior Client Servicing Executive. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring seamless communication between the agency and its clients. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining regular client updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain productive partnerships
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering concise and impactful Presentations
• Excellent capabilities in Customer Service and Account Management to ensure client needs are met
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or communication-based roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
