Job Description

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in person.

Identifying and resolving all the client queries.

Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications.

Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients.

Ensuring to respond to client queries in professional and timely manner.

Providing clients with the relevant information of services offered by the company.

Working closely with the Multiple teams for fulfilling the client requirements on time.

Creating pitch presentations and providing first cut proposal drafts as per the requirements of clients.

Requirements:

3-4 years of relevant experience.

Should be up-to-date with latest trends, techniques, and technologies.

Should be prowess in MS-office.

Proficiency in major digital platforms.

Agency experience is an add on.
