The Client Servicing professional will act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal creative and media teams, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the agency
- Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines
- Present ideas, proposals, and campaign plans to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative, digital, and media teams
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure campaigns are executed as per agreed strategy and scope
Strategy & Planning Support
- Assist in developing communication strategies and campaign ideas
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to teams
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare status reports, campaign performance summaries, and post-campaign reports
- Maintain accurate documentation including briefs, estimates, and approvals
- Track billing, estimates, and ensure smooth coordination with finance teams
