Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organizedClient Servicing Executiveto manage client relationships for wedding and corporate events. The candidate will act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear understanding of requirements, and successful execution of events. This role requires strong coordination skills, client-handling ability, and an understanding of event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Communication

  • Act as theprimary point of contactfor wedding and corporate event clients.
  • Understand client requirements, event objectives, budgets, and expectations.
  • Conduct client meetings, calls, and follow-ups from initial inquiry to event closure.
  • Prepare and shareevent proposals, quotations, and presentationswith clients.

Event Planning & Execution Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams such asdesign, dcor, production, and operationsto ensure client requirements are executed accurately.
  • Assist in planning event timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Support on-ground execution during events, ensuring client satisfaction.

Vendor & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers as required for event execution.
  • Ensure all teams are aligned with the approved event plan, designs, and timelines.
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely execution.

Documentation & Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain client records, contracts, approvals, and event-related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Requirement & Skills: Leadership & People-management skills | Strong Client-handling & Communication abilities | Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills | Proficiency in MS Office, Email communication & Reporting
