Client Servicing Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive based in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, preparing and delivering presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing account management tasks. The focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to long-term partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations
• Ability to prepare and deliver impactful Presentations
• Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
