Role Overview
Supports account management and contributes to new business efforts by ensuring seamless execution, strong co-ordination, and high responsiveness across client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication and follow-ups
- Execute projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality output
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates
- Support in identifying upsell opportunities and new business pitches
- Maintain documentation, scopes, and project trackers
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and co-ordination skills
- High ownership of execution and timelines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Basic understanding of digital/mainline/integrated marketing
- Relevant experience or exposure to advertising/creative agencies preferred
