Job Description

Job Summary:

Ink In Caps seeks a dynamic and results-driven Client Servicing Executive to manage client

relationships, oversee project execution, and drive business growth through impactful

presentations and outreach. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a creative

mindset, capable of understanding client needs, presenting solutions effectively, and ensuring

client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating

seamless communication and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

Understand and analyze client requirements to deliver customized solutions.

Provide proactive support, addressing client queries and ensuring client satisfaction

throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, strategists) to execute

projects within deadlines and budgets.

Monitor project progress and maintain detailed reports for both internal and client use.

Identify and resolve potential project roadblocks efficiently.

Presentation and Outreach:

Develop compelling presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing company

capabilities and project proposals.

Conduct impactful pitch meetings to secure new business and upsell/cross-sell services

to existing clients.

Create outreach plans to target potential clients and expand the company's client base.

Strategic Account Management:

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, through innovative ideas.

Work closely with the sales and strategy teams to align client objectives with business

goals.

Conduct post-project reviews with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities

for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

12 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project

coordination, preferably in a MarTech or experiential marketing environment.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in developing and delivering impactful presentations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

and outreach initiatives simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,

Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
