About the Role

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our in-office team in Goregaon West. This is an execution-driven role, ideal for someone who's organised, proactive, and eager to grow within the creator economy and digital marketing ecosystem.

What the role involves

Coordinating with internal stakeholders who manage creators to ensure smooth communication with brands and agencies

Overseeing campaign requirements, deliverables, and timelines from briefing to final submission

Actively generating leads for new brand partnerships and building a strong pipeline of potential clients

Conducting research, identifying relevant brands, and reaching out for collaborations

Maintaining and updating sheets, trackers, and software tools for lead generation and campaign flow

Supporting pitches, proposals, and creator recommendations for new and ongoing campaigns

Building long term relationships with agencies, brand teams, and partners

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with PR and influencer relationship management.

- Experience (academic or professional) in planning and executing campaigns.

- Strong organisational and time management capabilities.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
