Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Custodian/Client Servicing Executive based in Bangalore. The role entails managing client relationships, addressing client needs, presenting strategic solutions, and overseeing seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, driving account management efforts, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services and Client Relations, ensuring strong and lasting partnerships
• Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful Presentations and engaging communication
• Skills in Customer Service and Account Management to oversee client expectations and deliverables
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is a plus
