Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive located in Gurugram. The Client Servicing Executive will manage and maintain client relationships, Business Development, Direct Brands Onboarding & act as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure timely delivery of services aligned with client expectations. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain effective client partnerships
• Interest in Sales & Brand Partnerships
• Experience preparing and delivering professional Presentations to communicate solutions and strategies
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent English Communication
• Bachelor's degree
