Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive to act as a liaison between the agency and clients. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, handling day-to-day communication.
• Understand client brand identity, objectives, and requirements to support campaign execution.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams for timely delivery of projects.
• Assist in planning content calendars, pitches, and campaign ideas.
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Provide regular updates to clients on deliverables and project status.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to support campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in creating reports, social media analysis, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Ensure adherence to internal timelines (TATs) and smooth workflow execution.

Preferred Skills:

• 0–1.5 years of experience; prior client servicing/account management experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and media amplification.
• Prior experience working with beauty, luxury or fashion brands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
