Job Overview:

As a Client Servicing Executive in the Decor/Entertainment Department will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and visually stunning experience for our clients. This position requires a versatile professional who can expertly navigate both the decor and entertainment aspects of events. Will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional, integrated event experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties: -

  • Client Communication: Act as the main liaison between clients and the Decor/Entertainment Department. Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences for both decor and entertainment aspects.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with clients to conceptualize and design cohesive event experiences that seamlessly integrate decor and entertainment elements.

Offer creative suggestions that enhance the overall theme and objectives of each event.

  • Vendor Management: Source and negotiate contracts with decor and entertainment vendors, ensuring the selection aligns with the client's vision. Oversee coordination between decor and entertainment vendors to ensure a synchronized and harmonious event.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate logistics for both decor and entertainment, including scheduling, rehearsals, set-up, and teardown. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between decor and entertainment teams to execute seamless event experiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of both decor and entertainment elements to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards. Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee a flawless and engaging event experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues related to decor and entertainment promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions to challenges that may arise during planning and execution.
  • Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering integrated and exceptional event experiences. Seek feedback and implement improvements based on client input to enhance future events.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging decor and entertainment concepts, and competitive offerings. Contribute insights to enhance the company's integrated services and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education level. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in the event decor and entertainment sector.

  • Experience: 2-5 years experience required
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to integrate decor and entertainment seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of decor materials, entertainment acts, and industry best practices.
