Client Servicing Executive

Anecdote India is an experiential marketing agency focused on creating impactful, innovative brand experiences. We're looking for a driven Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships, lead projects, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive responsible for managing client relationships, delivering presentations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting account management.

Responsibilities

• Decode briefs, lead presentations, and close deals
• Support end-to-end client management across projects
• Coordinate with creative & operations for seamless execution
• Ensure high-impact delivery and client satisfaction
• Drive retention and post-event reporting

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Event Management/Hospitality or related field
• Experience in client servicing (events industry preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office
