Client Servicing Executive

All About Ideas Solutions Private Limited is a Marketing & Creative Advertising Agency based in Mumbai. We are looking for a Client Servicing - Account Executive.

This is for a permanent, full-time, on-rolls profile.

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Mumbai

Advertising/Design Agency experience will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact: Liaise with, arrange and attend meetings and act as the link between, the client and the internal team

- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their daily/weekly/monthly design requirements

- Understanding client goals/objectives, needs and requirements

- Articulating and writing briefs for internal teams

- Work jointly with internal team to draw-out plan & timelines that meets the client's brief

- Present (alongside agency colleagues particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas, designs and budget to the client and manage & co-ordinate for approvals

- Maintaining healthy relationships & rapport with clients

- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- To ensure that the solution being presented to the client meets/exceed expectations

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of services

- Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction

- Collect feedback and resolve client complaints

- Research and prepare client presentations, reports

- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio

- Research and updates on emerging marketing & design trends and best practices

- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, creatives and make monthly reports

- Handle billing, invoice clients, and write client reports

- Maintain client's physical/digital guard book

Desired Candidate Profile

- Understanding of print media, digital marketing including social media, display advertising, email marketing will be an added advantage

- Proficiency in spoken and written English, presentation skills and client servicing skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Proactive and a self-starter
