Role Description
This is a full-time Client Servicing role focused on events based in Malad, Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client queries, coordinating event-related services, and assisting in financial aspects as required. This is an on-site position that requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Client Services, ensuring strong client relationship management and satisfaction.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of Finance and the ability to assist in budget tracking, billing, and financial planning for events.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
- Previous experience in event-related roles within the Digital, Advertising, or Media sectors is a plus
