About the Role: As an Manager– Client Servicing & Business Development, you will lead key client relationships and drive business growth while ensuring seamless execution of events. This role requires strong strategic thinking along with a solid understanding of event operations to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive client acquisition and build long-term partnerships with existing clients as the primary point of contact.

• Lead event & exhibition strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution in collaboration with internal teams.

• Oversee event operations by guiding internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, logistics, and on-ground delivery.

• Manage budgeting, negotiations, and profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative and relevant solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the team to ensure high performance and delivery excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Event Management, or related field.

• 7–12 years of experience in client servicing, corporate events, and exhibitions, with strong operational understanding.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
