Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Client Servicing and Business Development professional. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, understanding their objectives, fostering long-term partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. The professional will also handle customer service-related queries while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills to build relationships and convey ideas effectively
• Understanding of Finance to manage budgets and contribute to business development strategies
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in event management or client-faced roles is an advantage
