As a Vice President and Client Service Manager within the US Private Bank, you provide exceptional leadership and supervision to Client Service Specialist teams, ensuring seamless support for managers and clients. You drive operational excellence, compliance, and risk management, collaborating with advisors, product partners, and operations teams. You lead strategic development, project initiatives, and talent management, delivering high-quality client experiences and business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional leadership and supervision to Client Service Specialist teams.
- Own end-to-end client and employee experience, ensuring service levels and satisfaction.
- Deliver tactical and strategic solutions in a highly controlled, regulated environment.
- Guide teams in delivering high-quality service and managing daily work volumes accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures reinforce financial liability awareness.
- Research, follow up, and resolve escalated client issues through effective partner interaction.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts to maintain staffing levels and talent development.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Participate in strategic development of the support operating model and validate proposed plans.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Bring 15+ years of relevant Private Bank Client Service/Core Banking Operations experience with UHNW clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in Global Payments, Money Movement, and Cash Operations.
- Analyze data and make data-driven decisions apply business intelligence skills.
- Operate proficiently in Windows, Microsoft Office, and related software.
- Lead transformation initiatives and motivate teams at all levels.
- Communicate effectively, manage conflicts diplomatically, and network across the organization.
