Role Description

The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer service. The position also involves maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting financial operations related to client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Experience in Client Services and a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to manage inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Finance principles to support account management and related operations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with event management or similar industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
