Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for fashion or beauty products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, average bill value, and footfall
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Manage billing, cash handling, and store reporting
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
