This is a Full-Time (or Part-Time) Hybrid role based in New Delhi, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our agency. You will occupy a dual-impact role: ensuring our current clients are delighted and helping new prospects see the value of our AI-driven services. You will bridge the gap between our technical execution team and our clients, ensuring that performance marketing projects are delivered on time and that our sales pipeline stays healthy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Orchestration: Coordinate with the execution team to ensure AI-driven performance marketing projects are completed successfully and hit client KPIs.
• Sales Closing: Lead discovery and closing calls for pre-qualified prospects. You will take the baton from our pre-sales team and turn prospects into long-term partners.
• Proposal Architecture: Craft compelling, data-driven proposals that outline clear ROI and strategy for potential clients.
• Onboarding & Relationship Management: Lead the transition from prospect to client, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and nurturing relationships to drive retention and growth.

• Strong Sales Acumen: Proven experience in handling sales calls, navigating objections, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
• Client Management: Experience in an agency setting, managing client expectations and delivering project updates.
• Performance Marketing Literacy: A solid understanding of lead generation, SEO, and how AI is changing the marketing landscape.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written English (and Hindi) communication skills for presenting proposals and leading calls.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate client needs into actionable marketing proposals.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance sales calls with project coordination.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
