Job Description

The Account Manager – Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving account growth. This role acts as a strategic partner to clients while leading internal coordination across creative, media, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
  • Lead client briefings, presentations, and regular status meetings
  • Translate client objectives into actionable strategies and clear internal briefs
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and delivery across multiple channels
  • Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation effectively
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and operations teams
  • Review creative output and ensure it meets client and agency standards
  • Prepare reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign evaluations
  • Mentor and guide Account Executives or junior team members

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing environment
