The Account Manager – Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving account growth. This role acts as a strategic partner to clients while leading internal coordination across creative, media, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
- Lead client briefings, presentations, and regular status meetings
- Translate client objectives into actionable strategies and clear internal briefs
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and delivery across multiple channels
- Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and operations teams
- Review creative output and ensure it meets client and agency standards
- Prepare reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign evaluations
- Mentor and guide Account Executives or junior team members

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing environment
