Client Services Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Associate, located in Aluva. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for supporting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service. Daily tasks include managing client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, assisting with product and service-related queries, and maintaining client records. Collaboration with the finance team to facilitate invoices and payments may also be required. The Associate will contribute to developing lasting relationships with clients, embodying L'orio Homes standards of excellence and professionalism.

• Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Support, with experience in building and nurturing client relationships
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, including active listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Finance, including invoice management and payment coordination
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM tools
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Relevant prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
