Monday to Friday - Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive seamless client servicing, onboarding, and execution support. The role involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Compliance to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and compliant client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding ensuring adherence to processes and TATs
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients; ensure timely query resolution
  • Drive client adoption of platforms and ensure smooth onboarding experience

Client Instruction & Execution Management

  • Oversee client instruction lifecycle with accurate and timely execution
  • Ensure all trade documentation and pre-trade checks are complete
  • Maintain suitability and compliance standards across all transactions

RM & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Partner with RMs on client servicing, meeting preparation, and execution readiness
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) for seamless delivery
  • Manage escalations effectively within defined timelines

Client Reporting & Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery of portfolio reports, performance summaries, and review packs
  • Track and close all client action items within agreed timelines
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and responsiveness

New Product Readiness & Client Enablement

  • Support onboarding and execution readiness for new products
  • Assist in client communication, FAQs, and RM enablement for new offerings

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Ensure zero-error communication and adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Respond to audit and compliance queries within TAT

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in wealth management / broking / financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products, client servicing, and trade lifecycle
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and client reporting tools
