As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with various teams to foster collaboration and drive quality outcomes, while also focusing on financial management and people development within your team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction, as you navigate the complexities of service delivery in a dynamic environment.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Architectural Design.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client engagement.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
