Job Description


The Client Service Executive will manage client communication, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure timely delivery of brand and marketing initiatives with quality and performance focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients for campaign-related coordination.
  • Execute marketing and content campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, digital teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and brand guidelines are followed.
  • Track basic performance metrics and prepare campaign reports.
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and review discussions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in client servicing or marketing coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.
