The Client Service Executive will manage client communication, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure timely delivery of brand and marketing initiatives with quality and performance focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients for campaign-related coordination.
- Execute marketing and content campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal creative, digital teams and external vendors.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and brand guidelines are followed.
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare campaign reports.
- Support client meetings, presentations, and review discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in client servicing or marketing coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.
