As an Index Research Analyst within the Global Index Research team, you review and refine existing processes to deliver differentiating results and optimum client delivery. You build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, harnessing collaboration to drive strategic solutions. You demonstrate analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and strong relationship management across global teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and refine existing index research processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with Research, Technology, Reference Data, Data Science, and QR teams to deliver results.
  • Manage complex projects, including system migration, integration, and end-to-end process improvement.
  • Gather detailed specifications and requirements from varied teams and partners.
  • Comprehend and resolve client queries, delivering high-quality client service.
  • Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills to solve complex problems.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business heads.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork ethic and work independently across functions.
  • Operate under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantitative Finance or Management in Information Systems.
  • Bring 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrate client service experience and ability to resolve queries.
  • Manage complex projects and process improvements efficiently.
  • Apply quantitative and analytical skills to deliver insights.
  • Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats with multiple stakeholders.
