Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Renewal and Product Up-sales Executive located in Noida. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their contract renewals, and identifying opportunities for up-selling additional products or services. The role also includes addressing client inquiries, facilitating solutions to challenges, and collaborating across teams to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, responsibilities may involve providing feedback to the product team to improve offerings aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients, address queries, and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven Sales experience with skills in identifying up-selling opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Account Management and Business Development capabilities to enhance customer engagement and drive renewed contracts.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in the travel or related industry will be an added advantage.
