Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Officer located in berhampore. In this position, the Client Relationship Officer will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their insurance needs, and providing effective solutions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction, guiding clients on insurance products, following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of customer service and communication. The role also involves collaboration with the sales team to drive business growth and contribute to the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Basic knowledge of Finance and understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service and problem-solving skills
- Sales aptitude with experience in identifying opportunities and achieving targets
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work efficiently on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous work experience in the insurance or financial sector will be an added advantage
