Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
- Pitch company services through calls, in-person meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with prospective clients.
2. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with converted clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely solutions to client needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling client feedback and resolving issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the creative or digital marketing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
