Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chandigarh, with flexibility allowing some work from home. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively addressing their concerns. Key tasks include acting as the main point of contact, managing client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating between clients and legal teams. The role requires regular collaboration and may involve contributing to client account strategies and business development activities.
